White plastisol inks are the most used color in the spectrum of colors in every screen printing shop. White ink is also one of most screen printer’s pickiest inks they buy. This high desire for the best white plastisol ink comes from how is the velocity, bleed resistance, stickiness from releasing out of the screen onto the t-shirt or other garment, and most of all cost. Manufactures know this and have for many years have created many different white printer inks to combat different fabric and cure times of those fabrics. Now there is Soft Cotton White, Poly White, Low Bleed White, Just So Soft White, Ultimate White, Bright White, Epic White all with different qualities to make each application preform the best.
Most white screen printing inks need to be flashed and printed again to get the best coverage with the smoothest print. Each of the above listed white inks are the best when applied like that; but some give a soft hand feel print after being printed twice and others perform great as only a white backer ink for other colors.
