Automatic folding machine for multiple styles of garment

Designed to fold various garments such as t-shirts, sweatshirts, polos – short or long sleeves – trousers, skirts, dresses and more. Production output of up to 700 pieces/hour, one of the fastest in the market! The ROQ Fold is quick, accurate, easy to use, economical, and with very low maintenance, it is extremely durable.

Only one operator required to load the pieces. Rest of the process is fully automated, configuration can be amended using touch screen PLC. The machine can run automatically, alternatively the operator can activate the machine by using a pedal.

Two configurations (both 3 stations):

1. 3 folding stations – NO sleeves, just body & final fold*
2. 3 folding stations – sleeves, body & final fold

*takes up less space in the workshop. Advised for T-Shirt ONLY
