DTF printers require regular maintenance to sustain print quality and head longevity. The PHT50 white ink system is particularly sensitive to settling and clogging — consistent circulation, proper shutdown procedures, and scheduled maintenance cycles are essential. A well-maintained Mimaki TxF requires regular replacement of cap pads, wiper blades, ink dampers, and periodic flushing with Mimaki Flushing Liquid 03. The Cap Head Assembly and dampers are the most frequently replaced items — having spares on hand prevents extended downtime when a scheduled replacement comes due during a production run.
