    E-Zee Crinoline is a woven mesh material that is used to add stiffness to badges and emblems.Available in white.

    General Guidelines for Creating Badges and Emblems
    Hoop fabric, crinoline backing. Embroider design. It is helpful to have a “cut line” incorporated into the design to act as a guide when cutting the patch. Apply heat seal backing (either 4220 or 3218) to the back of the embroidered fabric. Use an iron or a heat press to bond heat seal to patch material. Cut patch to shape with scissors or die cutter. Finish the edges using a serger or over-edging or with a zig zag stitch on a sewing machine.
