    The capacity (belt speed) of all Vastex floor standing conveyor dryers can be doubled or tripled as new or when needs increase by simply adding one or two modular heating chambers and extending the conveyor belt. This eliminates the need to invest in a larger dryer than you need at the onset, and avoids the high cost of purchasing a new dryer when your needs increase.

    The Lo-E3D Dryer with 52 in. (132 cm) long heating chamber and 6,350 watts (6.35 kW) of power draws 38 amps at 230V, and only 10 amps at 400V 3 phase, curing up to 64 garments/h with digital white ink at 3 minutes dwell time, or 180 garments/h with DTG pretreatment or water-based inks at one minute dwell time.

    This low wattage, high efficiency dryer with 52 in. (132 cm) long heating chamber has a dual zone heat control with a boost zone to quickly reach cure temperatures. Rapid preheating maximizes the dwell time for each kind of ink, allowing increased conveyor belt speeds and dryer output.

    Height-adjustable, the heaters carry an industry-leading 15-year warranty, and feature closely spaced coils to provide high-density, medium-wavelength infrared heat for maximum cure speed without cold spots or under curing associated with conventional units.

    Fully expandable, the modular design allows you to add heating chambers and conveyor length as your business grows. Conveyor extensions can also be added to the front or back of your dryer to optimize loading and cooling/unloading of garments.

    An optional Conveyor Air Bar attached to the rear of the machine accelerates cooling of items exiting the dryer.

    The conveyor length is 88 in. (224 cm), with a low friction belt aligner and belt speed controls to precisely set dwell times from 35 seconds up to four minutes.

    This model comes with a 370 CFM (10.5 m3/min.) exhaust powered exhaust system as standard to rapidly remove moisture and air contaminates from the heating chamber, as well as to cool the skin and controls.
