    Vastex V-2000HD-88 8-Color, 8-Station Manual Screen Printing Press – Rear Clamp

    The Vastex V-2000HD-88 (part # VAS-V2HD-88) is the rear-clamp version of Vastex's heavy-duty, made-in-USA manual rotary press for shops that print multi-color jobs every day. Eight print heads and eight steel pallets let you run full-color sports, retail and simulated-process work on one press, with wrench-free micro-registration that holds tight registration from the first shirt to the last. Each head clamps the screen from the back with 12 in. steel rear clamps – the fastest set-up for most shirt work. Need to clamp screens from the sides instead?     Why printers choose the V-2000HD

    • Wrench-free set-up: level each head, set off-contact and micro-register by hand – heads come off or go on in seconds.
    • Zero-backlash micro-registration: 1/4 turn moves the screen about 1/64 in. (0.015 in.), up to 1/4 in. of travel in any direction.
    • Prints all heads down with fixed heads and gas-spring lifters that have 16 lift-strength settings.
    • 6-way screen leveling and registration bearings set close to the screen, clear of spray tack.
    • Never-warp steel pallets with replaceable rubber tops and a quick-release corner-clamp pallet arm; elevated pallets so garments load without stretching over the arm.
    • Industrial build: 2.75 in. precision-ground center shaft, square steel rotor arms with ruler indicator, 12 in. steel rear screen clamps joined by a clamp bar for off-center clamping.
    • Grows with you: the V-2000HD line upgrades station-by-station and color-by-color, up to 10 x 10.

    V-2000HD-88 FAQ

    Does the V-2000HD-88 ship UPS?
    No – it ships by truck freight, crated (about 1,025 lb). Buckets of Ink quotes freight and lift-gate or dock delivery to your shop.

    Can I add stations or colors later?
    Yes. Every V-2000HD upgrades in steps – for example the V66-V88 kit turns a 6 x 6 into this 8 x 8, and V88-V1010 takes it to 10 x 10.

    Will it print all heads down?
    Yes. The heads are fixed, so you can print with every head lowered for maximum production.

    What warranty does it have?
    Vastex covers the press for 2 years on manufacturer's defects; register it with Vastex after delivery.
