    Avient Wilflex Epic Rio Blacklight Green 75900 RFU in the 5G pail delivers intense, UV-reactive vibrancy that stands out in venues and retail lighting. The RFU formulation releases cleanly from the stencil with strong edge acuity on cotton and cotton/poly. The large pail supports uninterrupted runs, fewer changeovers, and color stability across multiple presses.

    Throughput, Consistency, and Wash Performance

    Optimized rheology provides smooth laydown and soft hand while maintaining high-chroma neon impact. Standardize squeegee durometer and flood/print cadence to protect daylight hue and blacklight glow, and record press variables to keep glow strength uniform over long shifts.

    Application, Mesh, and Curing Notes

    Select mesh based on the art: 110–156 for bold spots and underbases, 180–230 for finer detail. Flash only as required. Verify through-film cure near 320°F (160°C) and confirm wash fastness and UV response on your garment mix.
