E-Zee Cap® Supreme 2.5 oz is a medium-weight tear-away stabilizer pre-cut to fit cap frames. It holds steady tension through the stitch-out for clean, crisp designs on caps, runs smoothly at high stitch speeds, and registers well on lettering as small as 2.5 mm. After stitching it tears away cleanly with minimal residue.

One piece supports small to medium designs on low-profile caps; use two pieces for larger designs on high-profile caps. Works on the front, sides and back of structured and unstructured caps. Black blends with dark cap materials.

Helpful Hints

Start with a design digitized for caps that stitches from the center outward and from the brim up. Hoop the cap tightly and as close to the needle plate as possible, and keep all elements inside the cap frame's sewing area. A longer piece of backing covering about two-thirds of the cap improves hooping and stability. Most caps need a sharp needle. Proper underlay helps reduce flagging.
