Auto Reclaim Systems
Dilute up to 1:200 parts water by volume for use in Automatic screen reclaiming machines, but optimal dilution ratio may vary based on equipment design and emulsion selection.
Manual Spray Application
Dilute up to 1:40 parts water by volume. Be sure all ink has been removed from the screen before reclaiming. Apply solution to both sides of the entire screen with a soft polyester scrub brush. Do not allow to dry on screen. Wait briefly, remove residue with high pressure water.
